What You'll Do: 

Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents
Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care

What You'll Need: 

Age 18 years of age or older
Current and active New Jersey LPN license (required)
Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
1+ years of experience in memory care, assisted living, or healthcare setting (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
