What You'll Do:
- Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents
- Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
- Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
- Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care
What You'll Need:
- Age 18 years of age or older
- Current and active New Jersey LPN license (required)
- Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
- 1+ years of experience in memory care, assisted living, or healthcare setting (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
