What You'll Do

  • Escort clients to appointments, errands, shopping, and social or faith-based outings
  • Plan, prepare, and share meals to encourage connection
  • Support light housekeeping to keep a clean, comfortable home
  • Engage clients in conversation and activities that fight isolation
  • Follow the nursing team's care plan and report any changes or concerns

What You'll Need
Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (for safety reporting to the nursing team)

Preferred:

  • Prior caregiving or companion experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay & Benefits

  • $16–$20/hour, based on shift, level of care, and weekend assignment
