What You'll Do:
- Provide consistent, around-the-clock care to ensure safety, comfort, and care continuity
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, mobility)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding and perform light housekeeping
- Escort to appointments and support safe mobility
- Observe for changes in behavior and communicate to nursing staff
What You'll Need:
- 18 years of age or older (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Current and active New Jersey CHHA certification (required)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
