What You'll Do

Drive clients to appointments, errands, shopping trips, and social outings
Do light housekeeping to keep the home clean and safe
Plan, prepare, and share meals to encourage connection
Spend time with clients through conversation, games, and other activities they enjoy
Follow the care plan set by our nursing team, and report any changes or safety concerns

What You'll Need

Required:

High school diploma or GED
At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to read, write, and speak English to follow care plans and communicate with clients and staff

Preferred:

Experience caring for others, personally or professionally
Comfortable working independently in a client's home

Pay & Benefits

$16–$20/hour, based on shift, level of care, and weekend scheduling
Extra pay for holidays and weekends worked

Flexible per diem schedule — pick up day, evening, or night shifts
