As a Registered Nurse on our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team, you'll provide direct clinical care to residents as part of a campus that's served South Jersey families for more than a century.
What You'll Do
- Assess and monitor residents' health status throughout your shift
- Provide nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents following facility procedure
- Document care and medication administration accurately and on time
- Contribute to care planning, resident assessments, and evaluations
- Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being
What You'll Need
Required:
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- 1+ year of nursing experience
Preferred:
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
