What you'll do
- Monitor residents' condition during your shift and report changes to the RN
- Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Give hands-on nursing care that follows each resident's care plan
- Give medications and treatments, and chart accurately and on time
- Contribute to care planning and care conferences
- Work with residents, families, and the care team to support recovery and comfort
What you'll need
Required:
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Previous nursing experience as an LPN
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care or subacute rehab
Pay and benefits:
- $33-$40/hr based on experience
- Shift differentials: $2/hr evenings, $2/hr overnights, $1.50/hr weekends
