What you'll do

Assess resident health and update care plans based on ongoing observation
Administer medications and treatments in line with each resident's plan of care
Manage resident transitions, including admissions, room changes, and discharges
Keep accurate, current clinical and medication records
Join care conferences and help shape individualized resident plans
Work alongside residents, families, and the care team to support day to day comfort and quality of life

What you'll need

Required:

Active RN license in New Jersey
CPR certification
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Able to receive a flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

1+ years of nursing experience, ideally in long-term care
