What You'll Do

Handle day-to-day repairs across the community: building systems, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Respond quickly to resident and staff service requests
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment and mechanical systems running reliably
Complete work orders and inspection records in the maintenance tracking system
Track maintenance supplies and help coordinate ordering and storage
Spot and flag safety issues to help keep the community clean and secure

What You'll Need

Required:

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with weekend and holiday rotation
