What You'll Do

  • Handle day-to-day repairs across the community: building systems, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Respond quickly to resident and staff service requests
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment and mechanical systems running reliably
  • Complete work orders and inspection records in the maintenance tracking system
  • Track maintenance supplies and help coordinate ordering and storage
  • Spot and flag safety issues to help keep the community clean and secure

What You'll Need

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Schedule
Full-time. Choose from:

  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with weekend and holiday rotation
  • Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm or 12pm–8pm, with weekend and holiday rotation
