Who you'll take care of
Bristol Glen residents live everywhere from their own apartments to memory support and skilled nursing, all on one campus. When someone's heat goes out on a January night or their sink won't stop dripping, you're the person who makes it right. The work changes every day because the campus has a little of everything.

What you'll do

Repair and maintain HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry in apartments, care areas, and common spaces
Handle work orders from residents and staff, from a sticky door to a no-heat call
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment running well
Track your work and parts in WorxHub, our work order system
Keep service and inspection records up to date
Help order supplies, tools, and equipment

What you'll need
Required:

High school diploma or GED
2 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing

Nice to have:

HVAC and boiler troubleshooting experience
Maintenance experience in senior living, healthcare, hotels, or apartments
