Who you'll care for
Bristol Glen is a nonprofit retirement community on 74 wooded acres in Sussex County. On our long-term care unit, you'll care for residents. Many of them live here for years, so you get to know them, their families, and their stories. What you'll do

Assess and track each resident's health during your shift
Give medications and treatments, and document them on time
Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
Provide hands-on care based on each resident's care plan
Help build and update care plans with the care team
Keep families and physicians informed about changes

What you'll need

Required:

Active New Jersey RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab

Pay and benefits

$40.33 to $50.33/hour base pay, based on experience
Shift differentials: +$2.00/hour evenings, +$2.00/hour overnights, +$1.50/hour weekends
