What you’ll do

  • Own the sales process from first inquiry to move-in: qualify leads, learn each family’s needs and timing, and guide them to a decision
  • Lead personalized tours that connect our independent and assisted living options, pricing, and full continuum of care to what matters most to each prospect
  • Manage an active pipeline in our CRM, with consistent follow-up and reporting on tours, deposits, and move-ins against occupancy goals
  • Grow referral relationships with hospitals, physician practices, rehab providers, and other local partners 
  • Represent Bristol Glen at senior fairs, outreach, and on-campus events that generate qualified leads
  • Partner with the Sales Director on strategy and with community teams to make every move-in smooth and welcoming

What you’ll need

Required:

  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience in senior living
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and a CRM or sales software
  • Availability Tuesday through Saturday

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with HealthMedX or REPS

Schedule
Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You get Sunday and Monday off every week.
