What You'll Do: 

Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents in a home care setting
Complete appropriate and accurate documentation of care to support continuity of care
Respond professionally and compassionately to patient needs
Build meaningful connections with residents while supporting their care and quality of life

What You'll Need: 

Age 21 years of age or older
Current and active New Jersey RN license (required)
Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
At least two years of home care experience (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
