What You'll Do

Step into available shifts you've selected to help maintain seamless resident care
Help residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and dressing
Deliver resident-centered support while following individualized care plans
Monitor resident well-being through regular check-ins and proactive assistance
Assist with dining, mobility, and other activities that promote comfort and independence
Foster meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with teammates to create a positive living environment

What You'll Need

Required:

Active New Jersey CNA certification
At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care setting
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
18 years of age or older

Pay and Benefits

$24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment
Shift differentials: $1.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends
Full control over your schedule: choose day, evening, or night shifts as they're available

Schedule
Per diem. Day, evening, and night shifts available across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties, based on your availability.

Flu Vaccination
A flu vaccine is required for shifts inside a UMC-owned facility. It is not required for shifts based outside a UMC facility. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested.
