$23 to $25.55 per hour, part-time days from 10am to 6pm. No nights and no early-morning starts. Help residents at The Shores in Ocean City get stronger, move safely, and stay independent.
As a Rehabilitation CNA, you'll deliver restorative care that helps residents regain and keep their abilities. Some are here for short-term rehab after a hospital stay. Others call The Shores home. The Shores is a United Methodist Communities (UMC) community at 2201 Bay Avenue in Ocean City. UMC has been Certified as a Great Place to Work 9 years in a row.
What you'll do
- Lead residents through range-of-motion, walking, and positioning exercises from their restorative care plans
- Help with daily care like dressing and bathing, encouraging residents to do as much as they can on their own
- Assist with transfers, meals, and adaptive equipment
- Track and record each resident's progress
- Notice and report changes in a resident's condition
- Work with nurses and the rest of the care team toward each resident's goals
What you'll need
Required:
- Active New Jersey CNA certification, in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year or more as a CNA in long-term care or rehab
Preferred:
- Experience with restorative or rehab programs
Pay and benefits
- $23.00 to $25.55 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
