$23–$25/hour based on experience, plus shift differentials: $2/hour nights, $2/hour overnights, $1.50/hour weekends. Part-time and per diem shifts across days, evenings, and overnights. We aim to respond to every applicant within 48 hours.
Bristol Glen is a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Newton, NJ. As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on daily care for residents and be part of the team that keeps their day-to-day life comfortable and dignified.
What You'll Do:
- Provide personal care support to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Follow individual resident care plans and document care accurately
- Make regular rounds to check on residents and respond to their needs
- Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment
- Build real relationships with residents and work alongside the rest of the care team
What You'll Need:
Required:
- Active, current New Jersey CNA certification
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Able to receive a flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions considered)
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting

Schedule:
Part-time and per diem, across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Every other weekend and a holiday rotation required.
