What You'll Do:
- Participates in the scheduling of activities and programs within the community, communicates those with residents, encourages participation and participates in assigned programming
- Transports residents to and from planned activities within or outside community.
- Maintain attendance record of residents at activities and events
- Meets with outside local community groups to plan joint projects which benefit community residents as instructed
- Assures supplies are available for planned resident activities and programming
- Gives input to residents’ care planning- assessments, care plan goals and approaches and progress notes
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (preferred)
- At least one year of work experience required, preferably in similar healthcare setting
