Earn a guaranteed $50 an hour as a per diem Staffing RN with UMC HomeWorks. Choose your own shifts, with differentials up to $4 more per hour for evenings, nights, and weekends. Covers Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties.
What You'll Do
- Cover open shifts you've agreed to
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents
- Complete accurate documentation to support continuity of care
- Build real relationships with residents while collaborating with the care team
What You'll Need
Required:
- Active New Jersey RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 18 years of age or older
Preferred:
- Nursing experience in a long-term care setting
Pay and Benefits
- $50.00 per hour, guaranteed rate
- Shift differentials: $1.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends
- Full control over your schedule: choose day, evening, or night shifts as they're available
Schedule
Per diem. Day, evening, and night shifts available across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties, based on your availability.
Flu Vaccination
A flu vaccine is required for shifts inside a UMC-owned facility. It is not required for shifts based outside a UMC facility. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested.
