What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines
- Deliver care based on individualized service plans while maintaining accurate records
- Provide ongoing resident support through routine wellness checks and attentive care
- Assist with dining support, transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids as needed
- Foster meaningful resident connections and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
What You'll Need
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Active New Jersey CNA certification
Preferred:
- Experience in a long-term care setting
Note: this role requires a negative pre-employment drug test and an annual flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available).
Schedule
11p–7a shift, 5 shifts a week, with rotating every-other-weekend.
Pay and Benefits
- $21.50–$24.25/hr, based on experience
- Shift differentials: +$2.00/hr midday/evening, +$2.00/hr overnight, +$1.50/hr weekends
