Collingswood Manor is a community serving residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Assisted Living team plays an essential role in helping residents stay healthy, safe, and as independent as possible every day.

What You'll Do

Deliver person-centered nursing care to assisted living residents
Administer medications and treatments per each resident's care plan
Complete documentation to support continuity of care
Conduct regular rounds to check in on residents and catch issues early
Build relationships with residents and coordinate with the wider care team

What You'll Need

Required:

Active LPN license in New Jersey
Prior experience with Point Click Care EMR system

Preferred:

Nursing experience in a related field or long-term care setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
