Pick your schedule
- Part-time days, 6am to 2pm, with rotating weekends and holidays
- Weekends only, 6am to 2pm
- Per diem overnights
What you'll do
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and personal comfort needs
- Deliver care in accordance with individualized service plans while maintaining accurate records
- Provide routine resident support and wellness checks to promote safety, engagement, and well-being
- Support dining experiences and assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility devices as needed
- Partner with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality resident care
What you need
Required:
- Active New Jersey CNA certification, in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience in long-term care
Pay and other compensation
- $23.00 to $25.55 per hour, based on experience
- Midday, evening, and overnight differential: $2.00/hr
- Weekend differential: $1.50/hr
