Healthcare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

$23-$25/hr based on experience, plus $2/hr night, $2/hr overnight, and $1.50/hr weekend differentials. Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts open now in the Skilled Nursing & Rehab neighborhood at Bristol Glen, a UMC community in Newton.

What you'll do:

Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily hygiene
Follow individualized care plans and complete documentation to support continuity of care
Take and record vital signs and complete regular rounds
Assist residents with mealtimes and mobility, including transfers and mobility equipment
Work alongside nursing and rehab staff to support short-term recovery and long-term care needs
Build real relationships with residents you'll see and know over time

What you'll need:

Required:

Active New Jersey CNA certification
18 years of age or older

Preferred:

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

Pay and benefits:

$23-$25/hr based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available. Day and overnight shifts. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
