What You'll Do:
- Support residents with daily living activities, including personal appearance, hygiene, dressing, and general well-being
- Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate records to ensure quality support and communication among team members
- Conduct routine resident check-ins to promote comfort, safety, and engagement throughout the day
- Assist residents during meals and provide support with movement and the use of mobility aids when needed
- Foster positive relationships with residents while working closely with colleagues to create a welcoming community environment
- Share resident preferences and observations with appropriate team members and notify nursing staff of any notable changes or concerns
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Must be 18 years or older (required)
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification or enrollment in New Jersey CNA program (required)
- Experience working in long-term care setting (preferred, but not required)
