What you'll do

Support residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and general well-being
Follow individualized care plans and keep accurate records so the whole team stays in sync
Check in on residents throughout the day to support comfort, safety, and engagement
Assist with meals, mobility, and adaptive equipment as needed
Build real relationships with residents and work closely with your colleagues
Share resident preferences and observations with the team, and flag any changes to nursing staff right away

What you'll need

Required:

High school diploma or GED
18 years or older
Active New Jersey CNA certification, or current enrollment in a New Jersey CNA program

Preferred:

Experience in a long-term care setting

Schedule

Full-time. Evening shifts available. Rotating holidays and weekends required.

Pay and benefits

$23 to $25.55/hour, based on experience
Shift differentials: $1.50/hour for weekends, $2.00/hour for evenings
