What You'll Do:
- Partner with leadership to ensure high-quality services and positive resident outcomes
- Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and family communication to support individualized care
- Monitor resident health and respond proactively to changes in condition, incidents, and care needs
- Oversee medication administration processes, documentation, and compliance with care standards
- Manage residents' health and wellness services, including appointments, referrals, and care coordination
- Support a safe, resident-centered environment through effective clinical oversight and medication management
What You'll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
- Current and active RN license in New Jersey
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
