What You'll Do: 

Partner with leadership to ensure high-quality services and positive resident outcomes
Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and family communication to support individualized care
Monitor resident health and respond proactively to changes in condition, incidents, and care needs
Oversee medication administration processes, documentation, and compliance with care standards
Manage residents' health and wellness services, including appointments, referrals, and care coordination
Support a safe, resident-centered environment through effective clinical oversight and medication management

What You'll Need: 

Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
Current and active RN license in New Jersey
Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
