Bistro Associate

What You'll Do

  • Serve residents and guests at the bistro and coffee bar, keeping the counter, steam table, and seating area stocked and clean
  • Run the register: process sales, handle cash, balance the drawer, and prepare the daily deposit
  • Prep food with basic kitchen tools (wash, cut, mix, season) and follow food safety and temperature guidelines
  • Track inventory, rotate stock, and request supplies before you run low
  • Estimate daily food needs so residents always have what they're looking for

What You'll Need

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Willing to receive a flu vaccine (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

  • 1 year of food service or cooking experience
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling cash during busy meal periods

Schedule

Full-time. Shifts rotate between 8am–4pm and 11am–7pm, with a weekend and holiday rotation.
