What You'll Do

Serve residents and guests at the bistro and coffee bar, keeping the counter, steam table, and seating area stocked and clean
Run the register: process sales, handle cash, balance the drawer, and prepare the daily deposit
Prep food with basic kitchen tools (wash, cut, mix, season) and follow food safety and temperature guidelines
Track inventory, rotate stock, and request supplies before you run low
Estimate daily food needs so residents always have what they're looking for

What You'll Need

Required:

High school diploma or GED
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Willing to receive a flu vaccine (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

1 year of food service or cooking experience
Comfortable multitasking and handling cash during busy meal periods

Schedule

Full-time. Shifts rotate between 8am–4pm and 11am–7pm, with a weekend and holiday rotation.
