Keep resident apartments and common areas clean and welcoming as a per diem Housekeeper at Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ. Earn $18.06 an hour on a Monday-through-Friday schedule, 7am to 3pm, as needed.
Bristol Glen is a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Newton, NJ. As a Housekeeper, you'll keep resident apartments and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for the people who call Bristol Glen home.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout resident apartments, restrooms, and shared community spaces by sanitizing surfaces, dusting, and performing routine housekeeping tasks
- Perform floor care duties in common areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping to ensure a safe and comfortable setting
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with established health, safety, and infection prevention standards
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and promptly communicate supply replenishment or maintenance concerns to leadership
What You'll Need:
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English (needed to follow safety and infection-control instructions)
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, long-term care, or customer service
Pay and Benefits
- $18.06 per hour
- This is a per diem position.
- Monday through Friday schedule, 7am to 3pm, no weekends
Schedule
Per diem, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, scheduled as needed. Hours vary week to week based on community needs.
