Earn a guaranteed $40 an hour as a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant at Bristol Glen, a United Methodist Communities skilled nursing and rehab center in Newton, NJ. Pick up weekday and weekend shifts on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

Carry out treatment plans set by the supervising physical therapist for residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
Guide residents through therapeutic exercises to rebuild strength, balance, and mobility
Support residents with daily living activities as part of their rehab plan
Track and report each resident's progress to the supervising physical therapist
Encourage residents through sessions that are often physically and emotionally hard for them
Document each treatment accurately and on time, following state and facility requirements

What You'll Need

Required:

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in New Jersey
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
2+ years of experience as a PTA

Preferred:

Experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or continuing care community

Pay and Benefits

$40.00 per hour, guaranteed rate
This is a per diem position.
Flexible scheduling: choose weekday and weekend shifts as they're available, with no minimum hour commitment
Streamlined orientation and great team environment
