Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

What you'll do:

  • Carry out treatment plans set by the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Help residents build or regain skills for daily living and functional movement
  • Track resident progress and report changes to the OT
  • Encourage and support residents through therapy sessions
  • Document each visit accurately and on time, per state and facility guidelines

What you'll need:

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active, current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in New Jersey

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or senior living

Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
