What You'll Do

Monitor resident health and respond quickly to changes in condition
Guide and support caregiving staff to keep resident care on track
Work with community leadership to coordinate each resident's care needs
Complete assessments and update care plans with resident and family input
Arrange appointments, referrals, transportation, and related communication
Oversee medication services and keep the community in regulatory compliance
Document incidents, look into concerns, and follow through on next steps

What You'll Need

Required:

Active RN license in New Jersey
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

1+ years of nursing experience
