What You'll Do: 

Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene
Follow each resident's individual care plan and document care accurately
Check in on residents throughout your shift for consistent, personalized support
Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment
Build real relationships with residents and work as part of a care team

What You'll Need: 

Required:

High school diploma or GED
Active New Jersey CNA certification

Preferred:

Experience in a long-term care setting

Schedule
Shifts available: Days, rotating every other weekend.

$21.50–$24.25 per hour, based on experience
Shift differentials: +$2.00/hr midday/evening, +$2.00/hr overnight , +$1.50/hr weekends
