CNA - Assisted Living

What You'll Do:  

  • Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene
  • Follow each resident's individual care plan and document care accurately
  • Check in on residents throughout your shift for consistent, personalized support
  • Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment
  • Build real relationships with residents and work as part of a care team


What You'll Need:  

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active New Jersey CNA certification

Preferred:

  • Experience in a long-term care setting
Schedule
Shifts available: Days, rotating every other weekend.

Pay and Benefits

  • $21.50–$24.25 per hour, based on experience
  • Shift differentials: +$2.00/hr midday/evening, +$2.00/hr overnight , +$1.50/hr weekends
