What You'll Do: 

Prepare and serve high-quality meals with attention to consistency, presentation, flavor, and proper food temperature
Maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards throughout food preparation, storage, service, and kitchen cleaning
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and proper cooking techniques to support quality, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective meal production
Support all dining operations including daily dining service, catering, special events, and retail food programs
Maintain clean and safe work environment

What You'll Need: 

High School Diploma or GED (required)
18 years of age or older (required)
1-2 years of cooking and meal preparation experience
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
