Physical Therapist Assistant

Earn $40 an hour as a per diem PTA and pick the day shifts that fit your life. Weekend shifts are there if you want extra hours, never required.

At The Shores, a United Methodist Communities senior living community in Ocean City, you'll help residents in skilled nursing and short-term rehab get stronger, move more safely, and get back to the things they love.

What You'll Do

Treat residents following the plan of care set by a licensed Physical Therapist
Lead mobility, strength, balance, and gait training
Help residents practice everyday tasks like walking, transfers, and stairs
Track progress and let the supervising PT know about changes or concerns
Document each treatment accurately and on time

What You'll Need

Required:

Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing

Preferred:

Experience in skilled nursing, sub-acute rehab, or home health (newly licensed PTAs are welcome to apply)
Experience with Net Health Therapy documentation
