What you'll do
- Evaluate residents and build individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and daily function
- Document evaluations and progress notes accurately and on time
- Coordinate with nursing and the care team on resident goals
- Update physicians and families on progress as needed
- Follow state PT practice standards and infection control protocols
What you'll need
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
Preferred:
- Experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting
- Familiarity with the Net Health Therapy platform
Schedule and pay
- $46.38 to $52.18 per hour, based on experience
- $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid per facility policy
- Part-time, daytime hours with flexible days, and the option to pick up weekend hours
