What you'll do

  • Assess and observe residents on an ongoing basis
  • Deliver nursing care to residents in line with their individual care plans
  • Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Document care and medication administration accurately and on time
  • Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
  • Work with residents, families, and the care team to support resident well-being

What you'll need

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license in New Jersey
  • Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living

Preferred:

  • BSN

Schedule

Full-time and part-time openings, 2:45p–11:15p shift, with every other weekend required.
