What You'll Do:  

  • Assist with medication administration under state regulations and delegated responsibilities
  • Watch for changes in residents' condition and report medication concerns to the nursing team promptly
  • Keep accurate medication records for care and compliance
  • Take vital signs, check blood glucose, and support other wellness tasks as directed
  • Receive and store pharmacy deliveries and medication supplies
  • Build day-to-day relationships with residents and their families

What You'll Need:  

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active New Jersey CNA certification and/or current NJDOHSS-approved Medication Aide certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred:

  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living
