What You'll Do: 

Support residents with daily routines, including grooming, dressing, and overall well-being within an assisted living community
Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation to ensure consistent resident support
Conduct routine resident check-ins to promote comfort, safety, and engagement
Assist residents during meals and provide support with mobility and assistive devices as needed
Build positive relationships with residents and encourage participation in community activities and daily routines
Collaborate with team members to deliver a welcoming, resident-centered experience that enhances quality of life

What You'll Need: 

High School Diploma or GED (required)
Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
Experience in long-term care setting preferred
