What You'll Do: 

Assist physical therapists in providing therapy treatments and procedures
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and daily living activities
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physical therapist
Provide support and encouragement during therapy activities
Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to provide quality, patient-centered care

What You'll Need: 

Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant in New Jersey (required)
2+ years of related experience preferred but not required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
