What You'll Do: 

Provide therapy treatments and interventions under the direction of a licensed physical therapist
Help residents rebuild strength, balance, and the skills they need for daily living
Monitor resident progress during sessions and report changes to the physical therapist
Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff as part of one care team
Document treatments and resident responses accurately and on time, following state and facility guidelines

What You'll Need: 

Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant in New Jersey (required)
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English for documentation and care coordination
Previous experience as a PTA (new graduates are welcome to apply)
