What you'll do:
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene in our memory care neighborhood
- Follow individual care plans and document care to keep the whole team on the same page
- Make regular rounds so residents get consistent, familiar support
- Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment
- Build real relationships with residents, not just check boxes
What you'll need (required):
- Active New Jersey CNA certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Comfortable working in a memory care setting
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in assisted living or long-term care
Pay and benefits:
- $21.50 to $24.25 per hour, based on experience
