What You'll Do: 

Assist with medication administration under state regulations and delegated responsibilities
Watch for changes in residents' condition and report medication concerns to the nursing team promptly
Keep accurate medication records for care and compliance
Take vital signs, check blood glucose, and support other wellness tasks as directed
Receive and store pharmacy deliveries and medication supplies
Build day-to-day relationships with residents and their families

What You'll Need: 

Required:

High school diploma or GED
Active New Jersey CNA certification and/or current NJDOHSS-approved Medication Aide certification
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred:

Experience in long-term care or assisted living
