What you'll do

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately
Coordinate with nursing staff and the broader care team on resident goals
Communicate progress to physicians and families as needed
Maintain compliance with state PT practice standards and infection control protocols

What you'll need

Required:

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
Prior experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting

Preferred:

Familiarity with the Net Health Therapy platform

Part-time, daytime hours with flexible days.
