$110,946 to $124,814 per year based on experience, full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, no weekend rotation. Lead the rehabilitation team at Bristol Glen, a continuing care community in Newton, NJ, serving residents from independent living through skilled nursing.

What you'll do:

Lead the rehabilitation department and own outcomes for resident care
Coach, mentor, and develop your team of PT, OT, and speech therapy staff
Manage staffing levels, caseloads, and daily department operations
Partner with the nursing and clinical teams on resident care plans
Build training that keeps your team's clinical skills sharp and current
Track outcomes and lead quality improvement projects
Manage the department's budget, equipment, and regulatory compliance

What you'll need:

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program
Current, active Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Jersey
3 to 5 years of related clinical or leadership experience
