Rehab Director
$110,946 to $124,814 per year based on experience, full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, no weekend rotation. Lead the rehabilitation team at Bristol Glen, a continuing care community in Newton, NJ, serving residents from independent living through skilled nursing.

What you'll do:
- Lead the rehabilitation department and own outcomes for resident care
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team of PT, OT, and speech therapy staff
- Manage staffing levels, caseloads, and daily department operations
- Partner with the nursing and clinical teams on resident care plans
- Build training that keeps your team's clinical skills sharp and current
- Track outcomes and lead quality improvement projects
- Manage the department's budget, equipment, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program
- Current, active Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Jersey
- 3 to 5 years of related clinical or leadership experience
