About the role

Bristol Glen is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Assisted Living community. You'll support residents' health and daily well-being, working alongside a team that's been recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.

What You'll Do: 

Provide nursing care that supports residents' health, comfort, and well-being
Administer medications and treatments as directed by physician orders and community protocols
Monitor resident status and report changes to the care team
Keep clinical records accurate and up to date
Coordinate with residents, families, and providers on individualized service plans
Support resident admissions, assessments, and ongoing wellness checks

What You'll Need: 

Required:

Active LPN license in New Jersey
Graduation from an accredited LPN program
Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred:

Experience in long-term care or assisted living

Pay and Benefits: 

$33–$40/hour based on experience

Schedule
