What you'll do:

Cover per diem shifts you select, day, evening, or night
Provide hands-on, person-centered nursing care to residents
Pass medications and give treatments as ordered
Complete documentation that keeps care consistent from shift to shift
Make regular rounds to check on residents' health and comfort
Work with each community's care team so residents get steady support

What you'll need:

Required:

Current, active New Jersey LPN license
At least 1 year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or another healthcare setting
18 years of age or older
Able to complete the required flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)
Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay and benefits:

Base pay: $34.00/hour
Shift differentials: +$1.00/hour evenings, +$2.00/hour nights, +$4.00/hour weekends
Flexible scheduling

Schedule:
Per diem, with day, evening, and night shifts open. You choose the shifts that work for you, no minimum weekly hours. This role covers communities across Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Sussex, Union, and Warren counties.
